Great experience from start to finish

Fiona handled our sale from the first phone call asking if we were interested in moving to the final admin tasks to finalise our sale. She provided a very personal service, making sure she understood our situation and what we needed and helped us make sure we were organised. Everything was fully explained to us. Fiona is very hard working, with great communication skills and a very cheerful person to deal with.

Great eye for detail and people skills, and nothing was ever a problem for her.

We found Fiona Berkman from L J Hookers, Collaroy to be the perfect agent for the sale of our property. Organizing everything from 800 kms away could have been difficult for us, but Fiona, with her amazing organisational skills made the whole process smooth and efficient. From the work involved getting the house on the market and all the way though the campaign she was delightful to deal with - communication always open and transparent, organizing various trades for us (even though it was over Easter period), right through to open inspection days, she was enthusiastic and always with a smile. Honesty and integrity - we would highly recommend!

My husband and I recently purchased a property being 84 Nareen Parade which Fiona was the sales agent. We have since engaged LJ Hooker Collaroy to manage the property as we listed it for rent. Wonderful Agents
