Fiona was recommended to us by a family friend and we had the pleasure of working with her when we needed help to secure an investment property. I initially purchased this property, and a few years later, due to a change in my wife's and my investment focus, chose to sell this property, both times using Fiona Edmunds as our buyer's agent and then as our sales agent! My wife and I found Fiona to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the market; sourcing a property for us which gave us immediate equity and essentially covered it's costs. When it came time for us to sell our property we reached out to Fiona who had kept us updated with market movement throughout our ownership of the property. At the time we chose to change the direction of our investment strategy a number of similar properties were being sold. In an almost 'firesale type' manner, many at much less than their original purchase price (no doubt in part to the crazy covid panic selling so many people seemed to exhibit). Fiona offered my wife and I some very easy to undertake and effect refurbishments to our property which gave us an incredible point of difference and edge which ultimately ended up with our property setting a benchmark price for the sale of our property within the development. At all times Fiona communicated clearly and concisely with us and managed rather aggressive buyers in a consummately professional manner. We appreciated knowing that Fiona has always had our best interests at heart and have (and always will) defer to her expertise in our property portfolio endeavours. We have enjoyed peace of mind every time we have engaged the services of Fiona.
