Although the property had suffered damage from the recent storms in Sydney and had been temporarily taken off the market, Fiona was able to convince the vendors to show the house as we were only on a short visit to Sydney from overseas. We found Fiona to be knowledgeable about the area and about the real estate market in general. She was able to answer our questions or to find answers to the more technical matters. She handled the negotiation process professionally and was very helpful in arranging the building and pest inspections. She was prepared to spend time with us and most importantly she communicated extremely well, providing constant updates.
