I've dealt with Real Estate Agents a number of times in my life and although I've never had a bad experience - my impression was they just did their job and the overall feeling was that they didn't have to do much to earn the hefty commission. The experience of selling our Main Arm property with Fiona was quite different to that. She earned her commission well and truely! We had a number of events concerning the property which were probably quite unusual and at each of these I was very impressed with how Fiona managed them and managed us reacting to them. She had been recommended to us by friends who had had dealt with her some years ago and I'm very pleased they did. At no stage did I feel pressured and her approach on the many things we had to deal with was always collaborative and friendly. I'm a psychologist of 40+ years standing and work with people for my living. My opinion is that her approach to her job is no accident, but rather that she actually knows what's she's doing!
