Fiona assisted my wife and I with the purchase of our dream home. She was not engaged by us as a vendor, but throughout the whole purchase process she was nothing short of exemplary on every aspect and interaction. To start she pushed hard to get the best price for the vendor, whilst showing exceptional ability to keep us keen and engaged as the purchaser. She facilitated and oversaw tricky negotiations and contractual to-do items with a cool and fair communication style. She also went out of her way to go above and beyond her job so as to build a solid and respectful relationship between the vendors and ourselves. This was in spite of some challenges with conveyancers making procedural errors that could have lead to the deal falling through had she not been so hands-on and on the front foot. Fiona has truly been a pleasure to work with, and it was all done with a genuine smile and a giggle each step of the way. If we ever sell (which we don’t plan to do for a fair while yet), Fiona will definitely get our call. She works exceptionally hard for vendor and purchaser alike, and our current dream home might not have been our home, had it not been for Fiona’s excellent focus, her professional diligence and true relationship building acumen.
