Fleur was absolutely fantastic. Understanding and informative throughout the process. What should be noted is most of our dealings were while I was FiFo and on nightshift. And without ready access to printers etc. Fleur took it all in stride, handled all my rookie questions and awkwardness with a deft and friendly capability. She worked with us to accommodate the less than normal work schedule and I don't think I could gee happier with her service. There was never the sense of Them and Us, that other gave off.
