Fleur (and Paul) are the most genuine and best agents that I have dealt with. As a buyer, you are always second-guessing the location, the price, and if it is the right house for your family. It helps to have agents who have grown up, lived in the area and who want to get the best price for the vendor, yet build that dream for the buyer as well. We were the underbidder on another house in Seacliff before this one, and on both occasions Fleur and Paul got the highest price out of us possible, but at the same time, did it in a way that made us feel the connection to the vendor, as well as comfortable with our increased bids. A real estate agent needs to join the seller and the buyer to get the best possible price, and Paul and Fleur do this in a way which is experienced, genuine and friendly. Another big difference: They also went out of their way to give us enough time to see the properties (the one we didn't get; and also this one) to build that dream in our heads of the house/location for the next 10-15 years, which maximised our bid, and kept in good contact with us to let us know about progress.
