Flyn was punctual, provided me with information on the property, attended two subsequent inspections I requested, and also attended the building and pest inspection after I had exchanged on the property. Flyn always followed up on text/phone messages, was knowledgeable of the street and area, and kept in touch right up to settlement, and the exchange of keys.
