Very professional and helpful approach... greatly recommend

I am extremely disappointed by the communcation and interactions I had with Kris. I purchased a a subdivided block through Kris. After putting in an offer on the property, I was immediately called and asked to increase my price. The justification for this was that, Kris had just sold the adjacent block for more than I was offering. I declined to match the offer, and held firm on not increasing my price. I was called multiple times a day, with the same claim and push to raise my price. Each time, he would emphasise that the block next door sold, and if I offered that amount it would be mine. This tactic pushed me to raise the price slightly to secure the property. Through the settlement period, I contacted Kris as I had heard some conflicting information about the sale of the adjacent property. Not only did he lie about the sale price of the adjacent property, but then also claimed that he had nothing to do with the sale all together - which is blatant gas lighting. It is extremely disappointing that an agent would provide false information to persuade a buyer to increase their bid to obviously increase their commission. An untrustworthy and unethical agent.
