Couldn't be happier

Chee was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was responsive, gave excellent advice about cost-effective improvements to enhance the property and make it more attractive, worked well with our timeline and prepared an effective campaign. His suggestion of furniture hire and choice of photographer gave excellent results. We are also grateful for top level communication every step of the way. The advertising campaign he prepared was effective and he negotiated a good price, at the upper end of the range he told us was likely, quickly, then taking all the necessary steps to prepare a successful sale. We can't recommend Chee enough. Just as an aside, Chee has been managing this property as an investment property for us for years prior to it's sale and also was pro-active and very helpful every step of the way.
