Following the initial recommendation of a friend, as true testimony we have engaged Fran Harkin for four real estate tasks over the last 6 years, and after the first experience we have never considered engaging anyone other than Fran and her staff. Firstly she has a skilled and attentive team. She also has exceptional communication skills and knowledge of the real estate market. Our last dealings were for the sale of a penthouse unit in Highett. From the very beginning the assignment went smoothly with us receiving very useful practical advice on all aspects of the sale, which we followed to the letter. The process moved swiftly with the only minor delays being in obtaining necessary material from the local council. Fran recommended a conveyancer who also did an excellent job. The result being that our unit sold on the first inspection, above the price we were seeking. The follow up advice subsequent to the sale was of an equally high standard and our departure from the property went smoothly. At the outset of the project to sell, Fran introduced us to Melissa Philip who was absolutely on the same wavelength as Fran and between the two of them we were able to remain in constant contact. The use of WhatsApp for communications worked excellently and we were always in the picture as the sale process progressed. Despite Belle Property being a very busy organisation, we have always felt we have been their one and only client. VERY Highly recommended indeed.
