I met Melissa on my first inspection of the property. Melissa stopped what she was doing and gave full attention to our discussion. My partner then met Melissa on our second inspection and had the same welcoming experience. We then met Fran before the auction. Fran was very personable and explained some very good ideas with the property if we were successful. We felt that Fran had our needs in mind and made us feel comfortable. We have since purchased the property, and we are going to do one of the ideas Fran gave us! A great result.
