Agents were so easy to deal with, no pressure at all as a buyer. Melissa was happy to answer any questions and when she didn't have the information available, she followed up with the vendors with my questions and promptly called me back to relay the information. Melissa was super approachable and a pleasure to deal with. Buying is a very intimidating process, and I was very comfortable through the entire process.
