Would recommend Francene. She went above and beyond to secure a buyer in a unique situation. Sensitive to the seller's, and ultimately the buyers needs.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review on Francene Hall. Two and a half years ago now, Fran sold our investment property at North Gosford. We were so impressed with Fran that we engaged her to sell our family home at Copacabana. Many of our friends told us we were crazy for using an out of area agent...but once again Fran didn't let us down. She is honest, loyal and very trustworthy. Fran has had extensive experience in the real estate industry and her knowledge is endless. She made it her business to know everything that was to know about selling a property in Copacabana. We are thrilled with the result that Fran got for us...especially selling our much loved family home to another young family...which meant the world to us Fran did everything humanly possible to secure the sale, including continuously working on her days off and driving to Sydney at night for the exchange of contracts We were always consulted both verbally and by email every step of the way Mark and I could not recommend Fran highly enough!!!!! very good at communication and always gives notice on appointments , cancellations .looks after the sellers point of pricing ,no talking down on price as this is a large factor on signing with Fran .

Francene came to my house said what she could do to sell my villa how she could do it how much I could expect to get from the sale and then proceeded to actually do all of this. Francene was very professional personable and most of all very honest and ethical, obviously I would ask for Francenes assistance in the future if I sell a property, thankyou Francene

We purchased our new home through Francene and found her to be very friendly and helpful during this process . She was always obliging and promptly resolved any requests or information that we asked her for . She always kept us in the loop .. And I would recommend her to any buyer/ seller in our area
