We were interstate based vendors and were selling our townhouse at Underwood, a first for us in QLD. Both Frances and Tony were phenomenal in the successful sale of the property - their patience as they guided us thru the nuances of selling a property in QLD gave us the confidence, and their communication throughout the process had been unparalleled. We are extremely appreciative of their consistent approach of going above and beyond in ensuring their vendor's (and client's) interest are fairly taken into account. Coincidently, Frances had also been the leasing agent for our property and similarly she had exemplified the same care and exceptional services as she does as a selling agent.
