Mum moved in to aged care and needed to sell her home. She asked me to organise an evaluation so that she could make an informed decision as to whether to sell now or later. I contacted PEARD at Mum's request, and Frances came out to do the evaluation. Her local knowledge was fantastic. She provided plenty of data about local listings and sales to enable us to get a feel for what was a realistic price for Mum's property. She also had an unshakeable conviction that while it was an unusual home it would sell. Based on this Mum decided to try to sell. Frances was really sensible and practical with her advice regarding presentation of the home for sale, and awesomely efficient with setting up the timetable we followed for quickly getting it on the market. Advertising was organised and we were away. And then it sold after the very first weekend that it was open! Mum was happy with the price, and more than happy with Frances's work throughout. I personally found her a joy to work with. Always available to answer questions, reliable and efficient, and very able to look after all parties involved. She is an excellent communicator who kept us well informed every step of the way. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.
