Frances went above and beyond what’s in her job description and helped in anyway she could to sort out issues on the property. She was always on top of the developments even over Christmas period and Frances being on leave! What a star and a support during what has been a really stressful time for me! Cannot thank Frances enough!!. Highly recommend her
