In my experience Francis Morello is definitely and agent I would recommend. His consideration for my needs as a vendor was upheld all throughout the process of taking my property to auction. When I questioned whether I was being conditioned to accept a lower price Francis apologised for some of the processes the industry has been known to practice. Francis assured me he would be working to get the best price, despite the likelihood of coming away with a fixed commission with no bonuses. He did his best to secure a good price with only two bidders at auction and for those reasons I rate him as an agent with the highest integrity in the real estate industry today.

Francis was the consummate professional in all our dealings. We ended up getting great price for our villa but more importantly we felt we were never pressured into lowering the reserve on auction day or to accept a low- ball offer. He was honest, friendly and organised- everything you want in an agent!
