Francois turned around our opinion and experience of the industry, he was about getting the best outcome for us and not about a quick sale. We found him very conscientious, honest, most affable and always willing to offer advice. Right from the start he provided us with confidence, displaying excellent knowledge of the market and that he would do his utmost to secure for us the best outcome. He was always analysing the market and would run through several strategies in an effort to achieve a good outcome in what was becoming a depressed market. We were provided with a monthly progress report that gave all the history and facts about our property for the month, and he would discuss the report with us Always positive in his discussions with us and was reassuring despite the market and constant media barrage about falling house prices. Francois counseled us on an offer that was made and provided us with all the facts so that we could make an informed decision that subsequently proved to be the right one. At no point did he put pressure on us to buy. Francois was prepared to go beyond just selling our home. Following sale of our home he offered his assistance to us in the purchase of our new home and displayed again his extensive knowledge of the industry and market and was instrumental in the successful purchase On another occasion he assisted us and a two neighbours with advertising our garage sale. One has no hesitation in commending him on a great job and recommending as a proficient, honest and sincere Real Estate Agent with an engaging personality.
