Really happy with my experience dealing with Francois. He was always easy to get hold of, quick to respond and kept me updated throughout. He was upfront that he was acting for the seller, but at the same time he listened to my side of things, was fair and realistic during the negotiations. I never felt like things were made more complicated than they needed to be. Overall, Francois was professional, approachable and just easy to deal with. He made the whole buying process pretty straightforward, which I really appreciated. Happy to recommend him.
