Frank and his team did a fantastic job. Frank was working on potential buyers at 9pm the night before auction making every effort to all parties who were interested to the auction adjusting the contract to suit each bidder, working hard to get a seven month delayed settelment with our approval the contract, his efforts e achieved 26 registered bidders. Frank had the auctioneer visit our house two weeks prior to the sale to explain how he worked and to see if there was any special requirements that we wanted. Frank also got me to come and see the auctioneer working. Paul Grech the auctioneer with Frank and Angela worked the room with the 6 main bidders, Frank kept coming back to me giving me feed back.
