We made the decision to downsize from our six bedroom house in Bateman. We started the search and looked at the usual options of building, high rise apartments etc. We spotted a three bedroom townhouse in Attadale advertised by Frank Bove from Mont Property. The location was fantastic but the townhouse needed some work including vacating the furniture/clothing and returning to a Singaporean family who had not lived there for about two years. So we engaged Frank to coordinate the sale and the purchase to simplify the process. We appreciated in particular Frank's communication skills up and down the chain of stakeholders. He was always very prompt in responding and we knew where we stood as far as inspections for trade quotes, offers on retaining furniture in either location and the reactions of our purchaser and vendor. It was quite a challenge for Frank to have the townhouse vacated and prepared in time but with his usual cheerful nature, the deadline was met. Thank you and well done Frank.
Frank went above and beyond even before we were thinking of selling. We wanted to buy and even from Melbourne he was the only agent who would send me information on properties in my price range and call to touch base. When we came back to WA we talked to Frank about selling and there was no pressure no hidden fees he was upfront with everything.
