Well what can I say … perfect in every way. From the moment I met Frank outside the apartment it wasn’t a “smarmy” salesman who greeted me but a man who epitomises being a gentleman. No hard sells just let me take my own time to walk around the apartment and take it all in. He then took the time to show me through the grounds and even introduced me to the caretaker. First time I have signed on the spot. However it didn’t end there…the after sales service was amazing. Michael (Franks assistant) follows up on every detail, is so polite and genuine. If I was putting a place on the market I wouldn’t look anywhere else. I was looking at 3 when I met Frank but he was the one who made me feel like I was in trustworthy hands.
