I chose Frank Callaghan because of his good name and experience. In the 90’s, Frank helped mum buy a house through another agent with nothing to gain financially. Frank was meticulous in every detail of presentation, photography, legals, did the opens & auction and achieved the price through skilled negotiation. Frank went beyond by personally overseeing all the legal documents to ensure everything was ok for everyone. For a straight talking man, his auctioneering is astonishingly poetic, displaying knowledge & respect of the history of the area & my house. Spoken so lyrically, it showed a man who genuinely loves selling property. Frank’s competency & attention to detail was a relief given my previous experience. I received guidance with the calm voice of experience on everything that went with selling a house. It’s rare to come across an agent who is a gentleman in every sense; ethical, honest & a man of his word.
