Frank sold me 40 Kew Drive Oakden SA c1995 and was my rental agent for 25 years at which point I decided to sell the property. I checked the market for a selling agent but quickly decided to stay with Frank. Frank had experience on his side as well as a good knowledge of the area, and I found him (as had always been the case over 25 years) a very easy and approachable person to deal with. As some would say we can "talk the same language". During the vacant period pre listing, he was very helpful to assist with advice and recommendations on work required to renovate the property, including recommendations on various tradies to do this work. During the sale period I was kept informed several times per week as to progress with open inspections and the interest being displayed on the property and following the sale updates to settlement day. Overall a very professional person as well as a people person that I would recommend to any person looking for a selling agent.
