When we came in to the market we looked at about 10 properties, the only agent that stood out was Frank. He was friendly, knowledgable, quick to respond to all of our queries and had great knowledge of the market. We bought the property within our budget and even though it was tenanted through another agency, Frank went above and beyond to assist us trying to get the tenants out early by flagging other rental properties to them. We made it in to our property just before Christmas and being pregnant at the time I couldn't have asked for a better present. Frank made the whole process less stressful and was a dream to work with. I will definitely be coming to him when I am in the market again.
