Great knowledge of location & market

My 92 year old Mum was selling her unit in order for her to move into a retirement village. We were very mindful that we had to minimise any inconvenience and stress to her. We need not have worried. Frank went above and beyond our wildest expectations with his friendly and sincere manner which put my mother completely at ease. Frank's knowledge of the units excellent location, his market knowledge and his proactive service helped ensure we got a quick sale with a minimum of fuss.
