Frank worked well but in the end we were let down by the expected number of people who had shown interest in not turning up on the day.

From the very instant of speaking to Frank on the telephone regarding the sale of my Mother's unit in Hurstville I was impressed. Since I was only in Sydney for a limited time Frank made a special effort to meet me at the unit, explain the sales procedure in N.S.W., advise me on the best sales approach together with advice on preparing the unit for sale. Frank further covered all aspects of advertising, other expected expenses and he also assisted in advising me on conveyancing/solicitors in the local area. Immediately following each of the unit open days Frank emailed numbers of interested viewers, comments made by those viewers both positive and negative and further information on local area sales together with advice as required. During the period between our first contact and the planned auction date Frank ensured that I met his sales partner and on auction day he made a very special effort to introduce me to the auctioneer. The results achieved at auction almost exactly matched the estimate that Frank had given me on day one of the entire process. In my opinion, if a genuine vendor wishes to deal with a direct, no nonsense, enthusiastic sales agent then that vendor would have a very difficult task finding someone who could better Frank Digiacomo.

Frank Digiacomo showed a high level of commitment to selling our house. We had very large number of people attend the open house sessions and each time Frank provided a detailed feedback report. Prior to auction, Frank informed us of comparable sales in the area and gave us a sale price expectation that was realistic. The price we ultimately got at auction was within those expectations and our own expectations. We appreciated Frank's excellent communication and assistance throughout the sale process.

Frank was always availible to discuse the matters regarding sale of the property, was actively listening to the needs and wants as to the vendor. He went the extra mile to ensure that the small and important details were responded to and deal with. The process was kept moving and that the vendor was always informed as to all matters regarding the showing and sale of the property. I would happily use Franks services again.

The heading sums up Frank's key attibute which is unfortunatley something not widely practised in the Real Estate game. Frank took the time to understand the approach we wanted to take to make this process stress free. 1st open home later and the property was sold!

Frank was always cheerful and confident. He told us the good bits and the bad bits. We went to the auction confident that we would have a sale on the day. Frank even helped us find a good home for the piano we ddn't want.
