Our first contact was with Chris Gardener showing us through the house and we found Chris very pleasant and easy to talk to someone you were more than happy to do business with. Then Frank took over the actual sale he was very knowledgeable on the procedures of selling the property to us pushed us in the right places to get the sale done and gave us the information we needed and worked with us to get us into the property before our actual settlement had occurred. Plus he is a savvy dresser....over all we were very satisfied with Frank and Chris Gardener sale to us in October 2017.
It took some time to sell our unit however I believe frank worked hard and conducted open house viewings every week plus on demand. We achieved not what we hoped but we did achieve a great price as the market will only pay what things are worth. Frank also did a great deal on the commission. I chose frank due to meeting him some time earlier when we were viewing a property and was impressed with his personality and knowledge and thus called upon him to sell our unit. Thanks frank.

It took quite a while to find buyers for our two properties, but Frank persisted and we got there eventually. The second property had to be sold 3 times, as the first two sales fell over when the buyers couldn't get their finance approved. Frank patiently stuck with it and got the job done.

We had tried a number of Agents to sell our property over a 12 month period and we finally found Frank. Thank God we did, we had a difficult property to sell that didn't suit a lot of buyers and no other Agent could deal with this problem so they just gave up, we would hear excuse after excuse, we even tried the best so called agent in Runaway Bay who specialized in the area, same problem. With most agents if it doesn't sell itself they don't want to know, Its too hard for them, so they don't put the effort in to earn their money. Frank is so different. He tells you the truth. He put 100 people through our unit in less than 3 months to find the one that would make an offer. Then he got the most money from that one buyer that we could hope to get and kept us realistic all along. If you don't use Frank and his wife on the Gold Coast you simply wont get the buyers through to get you the best price, its that simple. Frank is the best and we know it, we tried all the others.
I can't recommend Frank highly enough. Frank is very passionate about what he does which is what I believe makes him so GOOD at it. Even when the chips were down and we had issues (we had TWO contracts fall through on us due to issues with the property itself), Frank remained positive at all times, even when it was hard for us to be so. He was always there, whether it was arranging tradespeople or negotiating with the tenants over access, nothing was too hard for him. If I were to ever sell another property I would easily go back to him knowing he would get us the best outcome.
Frank Gardner is a genuine hard working agent who tries his best to get the right compromise for both Buyer and Seller. I man who will go out of his way to make the transaction and paperwork as simple and uncomplicated as possible. Highly recomend this agent.
