We had the most pleasant experience with him in buying our new house in Ferntree Gully. The House was on the market only for three days in. In a diminishing, buyers market this is a huge achievement from the seller's point of view. My wife and my son son inspected the house on a Sunday morning and they were happy with it and I could not inspect until late evening on that Sunday. Frank was flexible enough to come back at 6.30 pm on a Sunday to arrange a private inspection which I think is really great customer service and many agents wouldn't do that! Diligent, punctual, welcoming, attentive, hands-on, and a truly lovely and personable agent/man, Frank is someone I not only trusted to sell our property but the first person I called when we were considering listing to get a 'frank' and unbiased review of what we needed to focus on to be successful. We listed just as the market began serious cooling in early 2018 (after 3 months of reno -erghh), and Frank (in conjunction with his colleague Andy) worked tirelessly (showing/following up some 65-75 groups) to achieve a sale just before we were going to pull the property of the market (like so many other sellers did in our area).
