I think Frank is a brilliant agent,he makes you feel very much at ease, not nervous and helps you understand every thing that is happening and what wil happen in the upcoming events. Frank would not leave until you understood all things as they happen,he explained why the advertising was done as it was and all cost to do with agency and advertising fees. Every thing went exactly like he had said except for the sale of my house. It sold the day before our first open day which certainly was not expected. I was very pleased the offer as l had to sell the house havind to pay debts left after my husband had passed away. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone and have already done so.
