We first spoke to Frank and a number of agents about the sale of our home earlier in the year to seek advice about where efforts to improve the house would be best directed. He was helpful at that stage and we took onboard both his and other agents advice. We then re interviewed him and another agent and decided to select him based on our confidence that he could achieve the best possible price. His quoted sale price exceeded the other agency but was slightly above his final sale price by about $20K ( This is why it is not a 5 star rating more likely a 4.5). His recommendation of a stylist was excellent and certainly generated interest in the property. There was evidence that the market had changed over the 4 week campaign. I was confident that we would achieve a good result because of the number of looks on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au. At the auction we had 8 registered bidders with at least 4 bidding on the day. The auctioneer was excellent at extracting every last bid. Frank always kept me informed of the sales details and was helpful at all times. I would certainly engage him for a sale if I needed to sell a property in his local areas.

Frank is well know in the area and has a tremendous reputation with both buyers and sellers. He has great insight into the sales processes and the local marketplace and was very supportive during the whole sales process.
