“Frank helped our family sell our unit in berala. It didn’t stop there… he then he assisted me with other properties I was looking at in neighbouring suburbs. He gave me advice on auction tips with properties he wasn’t even looking after. In the space of two weeks after selling Frank was able to establish my family’s requirements and narrow our search by providing us with up to date market insights and reports. Even working within the confines of a tight timeframe Frank managed to address all of our concerns and conducted endless inspections to identify three properties that met our needs perfectly. He also assisted in negotiating an outstanding price for us. After dealing with other agents and getting the run-around. Frank offered me a property that had previous been under contract.. I jumped on it and secured the house I can’t recommend Frank highly enough and will certainly engage his services for future property investments.
Frank is a highly experienced real estate agent with extensive knowledge of the local area. Frank helped us sell our property and the result we achieved was a testament to his experience, dedication and hard work. Frank made the whole process easy and smooth. He was professional and courteous and communicated everything to us every step of the way. We were impressed by the campaign he ran on the property. In particular, the marketing campaign he produced was second to none. His expertise in marketing our property online and in print was proven throughout the campaign. Frank worked very hard to ensure that our property received maximum exposure. I highly recommend Frank. Thank you, Frank, you are an asset to your team.
Frank was aware and supportive of the fact that I was a first home buyer with little experience in property. His quick email and phone replies were greatly appreciated, as was his straightforward nature and understanding.
