I’m very pleased and impressed with Frank. Throughout the whole sales process he was communicative, giving feedback, suggestions, encouragement and direction. We sold a tough block in a tough market and Frank achieved a great result. I would recommend him and his agency to anyone.

We chose Frank from Phillip Daidone Realty due to his professionalism and knowledge of the Berala area. From the first meeting and throughout the campaign, Frank was totally engaging, knowledgeable and did not try to set unrealistic expectations. He was very informative, confident and followed through with what he said he would do. Frank went out of his way to ensure we were kept informed and understood the process. Nothing was a problem and he made the process as easy as possible. We sold at Auction, approximately four weeks after first listing. We were very happy with the way the campaign was run and the price achieved by Frank and his team. We would highly recommend Frank and Phillip Daidone Realty to anyone looking to sell in the area.

Hi Frank, Thanks to you and your team for all your efforts over the last month or so. We are very pleased with the result. It was great to see your review and photos of the day on Facebook. Lots of interest raised and a great turnout on the day. Also, the photos of the property and floor plan were professionally done. Excellent marketing on major websites, newspapers and a large clear notice board out the front of the property. Many thanks!!!

Frank was a fantastic agent from our first phone call. He took us through the process and was true to his word from the beginning. Frank has had a great reputation in our area and I am thankful we used his company to sell our house.

I had to sell my house due to divorce proceedings. Frank was sensitive to the needs of the situation, he kept me informed at every step, and most importantly, he sold the house at auction at a price well above reserve. Thank you to Frank and his team for their professionalism.

Frank got us a price we were very happy with. now I live with my wife on the central coast. We couldn't have done it without him.

I purchased this townhouse with Frank back in 2009. When it came time to sell I knew he would again get the job done. A great agent having experienced it from a purchaser and a sellers view. Thanks Frank La Malfa and the team at Phillip Daidone.

He is very market knowledgeable and very helpful in dealing with customers. I highly recommend him to potential property investors.

When looking to buy my unit I dealt with lots of agents. Some didn’t even cal me back. Frank was very helpful , approachable and professional . Thanks

In the past I have sold properties with frank la malfa, and also purchased with through his agency. Always great to deal with. Thanks

You cant ask for much more from an agent when your unit sells in less than a week. Such was my experience with my unit sale. Frank is not only an expert in the local area but also as a negotiator. If your looking to buy or sell Frank and the team at Philip Daidone Realty are people you can trust. Thanks again Frank!

I have known Frank and Philip Daidone realty for many years so he was naturally my choice when it came to sell my unit. In a cooling market it wasn't easy but Frank has a knack for getting buyers through properties. He is also a very good negotiator which becomes all the more apparent in a market when buyers are spoilt for choice. If you're selling in the area Frank's your agent.
