27th of February 2016 our houses were auctioned by Phillip Daidone Realty and Frank La Malfa was our agent thru five weeks of open houses and preparation for the auction. From the very start of giving us a market appraisal to the very end Frank was there for us answering millions of questions from us and keeping us informed how he sale was progressing. His guidance and help and calm professional manner got us thru an event which was quite stressful. We were very pleased with the final sales price and believe it would not have been achievable without having a a great sales agent.
