Our experiences with Frank La Malfa, Darlena Roshan and his team at Ray White La Malfa Group Berala handled our agreement with professionalism and they were always willing to help and advise us if we needed it. We were frequently kept informed with progress of the property and would Highly Recommend Ray White La Malfa Group Berala to anyone who is thinking of Selling or Buying a property.
Excellent communication. Does his best to assist. Very efficient agent and team. All went smoothly. We appreciated the knowledge & experience. Highly recommended agent.
The property was well marketed and Frank and Darlena communicated progress well. They were active and professional in the marketing process but I was a little disappointed in the disparity between their initial assessment and final sale price, however. A more realistic projection would not have changed our selection of agent.
Frank is an amazing Agent to work with. He is an amazing communicator and works with you to ensure you have all your questions answered. I recommend Frank La Malfa for real estate business and wish him success in the future!
Frank and his team got a great sales result in 2 weeks. Huge number of buyers came through. We he negotiated a great sales price. We recommend him.
The sale price on auction day was well above what me and my family were expecting, the team went above and beyond to get us a great price and kept us updated and informed throughout. Thanks Frank, Darlena and the whole team at Ray White Berala.
