Although my unit was on market for well over 12 months, there were several better units within the complex which were more attractive to buyers. More money could have been spent on marketing or auction for a quick sale but given I was not desperate for a quick sale it was all about waiting for other units to sell and eventually the right buyer wanting a unit in a good location at the right price would come along. Frank supported my view and eventually the right buyer did come along.

Frank remained focused on selling our property despite the slowing market. His experience in the Hasting Street market provided him with the necessary knowledge to identify potential buyers that our apartment would appeal too, work with them to ultimately achieve a positive outcome for both parties
