Dealing with Frank was quite difficult. He is hard to get in contact with and has poor communication skills. This was apparent in this correspondence to us as buyers, as often his sentences were incomplete or had multiple typos. My partner and I had to constantly call and email just to hear word from him. Granted this was our first purchase so we were beginners, but this type of professionalism isn't great and even for someone who has never purchased a house could tell he wasn't a great real estate agent. The settlement process was not smooth, it was difficult every step, even down to organising a time to collect the keys. As a buyer I cannot recommended him as an agent.
