Hello Compare Frank!!!! Well, I am tickled pink and glowing like a Christmas Tree on the efforts and eventual sale of my humble home in Menarra Street. It was rather dismal towards the end of Auction proceedings on that grey and sun-less afternoon ... Shyness prevailed and an "Asian form of Russian Roulette was played" amongst the three Asian bidders but hard bargaining and strong negotiation post-Auction drove home the positive result I rejoiced in. You tried your damndest and you even knocked back a Black Sambuca during tough negotiations and my hallway floorboards even took a beating from all the to-ing and fro-ing between vendor and buyer negotiations!!!
