We recently decided to sell a property in Bentleigh VIC and engaged Hodges Bentleigh to sell the property on our behalf. Hi advice was positive and proved to be spot on at the auction day. WE had a good crowd of potential bidders and while nerve racking at the initial slow start, Frank worked the crowd and once bidding commenced we blew past the reserve and Frank was masterful at working the crowd down to the last 2 bidders and then to the final result which surpassed our expectations. Now I know that market conditions and interested buyers have a lot to do with the selling process.
