Doesn't return calls, have to chase up a lot!!!

Wow I cant believe the house sold so quickly, Frank was so supportive throughout, and made the experience as stress free as possible. Even when I was at the end of my tether, Frank assisted me with finding services to help me finalise the sale. He helped me get the best price possible and was very fair and honest. I would highly recommend Frank to friends, and will definitely contact him in the future if I choose to buy or sell a house.

We recently bought a lovely house in White Gum Valley through agent Frank Sanders who proved to be a clear, courteous and consistent communicator throughout the transaction. There were several factors which could have have created challenges ( for example a misaligned boundary fence and a Restrictive Covenant over the Title where the energy efficiency rating of the house was required to be one star above the legislated code) but Frank remained serene throughout and sought to provide us with information in a timely manner when we requested it.
