I had reached out to a number of agents within my local area and only Frank had agreed to put some skin in the game. No other agents were open to this suggestion and this has set Frank apart from the rest. We both agreed that if I do not sell the property that he would bear 50% of the advertising cost. I agreed that if the property was sold, I would pay the full amount. The property went onto the market in April and it was passed in at auction in May. I was very disappointed with the results as I have invested lots time and effort on my home. Frank kept up with the open for inspection until August (3+ months) until it was finally sold at the end of August. I have to commend Frank's enthusiasm and effort.

My experience with Frank was really positive. He is very approachable, friendly and always accommodated my wishes. For example, I have a timid and ill cat which needed protection from unexpected arrival of strangers, thus Frank always ensured there were no surprises and waited while we left the premises.
