Unlike other agents where you have a clear agent/seller relationship, Frank liked to build a proper relationship with me, talking about life, giving advice both generally and to maximise my sale. Frank's prices are also very reasonable - at the lower end of fees I was offered by different agents. He also had a really wide network of potential buyers to bring through my property. It resulted in me having 22 different groups through during the first open home, and sold the property 2 weeks later to one of the buyers from his network. We got fantastic value from our sale, the same as we would have hoped to get via auction but without needing to go through the extra hassle.
