Century21 has looked after our property for the past 3 years - in this period we have consulted with Frank on few occasions about the possibility of selling our property - we wanted to understand the market and the trend. Frank guided us and was quick to jump when we decided to put the property on the market late last year. He was professional in his approach, very pragmatic and realistic as well. Unfortunately pre-Christmas it didn't sell however Frank assured me to hold back and test the market post Christmas. and amazingly he got us a offer that we couldn't refuse. He keeps well informed right the minute you meet him until exchange of funds - he was confident that he will find us a buyer, he never gave up, great guy to deal with!
