Frankie waited until tenant moved out to assess maintenance issues instead of been done prior to tenant vacating so issues could have been fixed straight away. This delayed the Sale by weeks. Very poor communication throughout entire process. Price estimate was unrealistic from the beginning and final result fell short of initial price evaluation. At the auction he was chewing gum until I asked him to remove it. It looked very unprofessional. Luckily the auctioneer was brilliant and got us a result we could accept although fell short of initial expectations advised to us.
