Making the decision to buy and/or sell your home is a difficult one. There’s dealing with the banks, conveyancers and not to mention having to prepare for the sale of your prized possession and the prospect of dealing with inspections and having complete strangers through your home. Then of course knowing which agent to turn to and trust and ensuring that you not only maximise the return for the sale of your home but more importantly finding an agent that holds your best interests at heart. - It’s a real journey! In addition to Frankie we spoke with and got to know many an agent over the course of events, doing the analysis in terms of their respective sales figures etc. and whilst important, facts and figures however don’t speak of the other qualities we also sought namely, their integrity, transparency, honesty and commitment. Put simply, this is where Frankie distinguishes and sets himself apart from the others. Ultimately, Frankie was there for us and us alone. Providing advice, guidance and support throughout the entire process. What became clearly and abundantly apparent is that Frankie's motivation stems from his desire to simply help people and understanding the human element and inherent challenges and that this is an emotional roller coaster.
