Frankie was very helpful and supportive of us as buyers. Firstly we had to overcome the fact that my wife had a broken foot and needed help to access the property for the viewing. Frankie went to some trouble provide access, extra video, plans and be available for discussions. Frankie facilitated our requirements for settlement and payment of the deposit.
