Frankie was a vendor’s agent when we were buying but true to the definition of vendor’s agent, he was the go-to person for any communication with the vendor or vendor’s solicitor. He did a remarkable job and made our buying closure process much less pain than it could have been. He also ensured that vendor cleans out the house before we step in and went the extra mile for two pre-settlement inspections.
