We first met Franky after a fruitless search for an apartment in Turramura area. Finally we arrived at the Mirabell Apartment Development, where Franky was waiting for us. He briefly asked us the reason why we were keen to purchase an apartment in the area and offered to us to inspect several apartments that could suit our needs.
