Spot on with market value. I got the price I wanted otherwise I wouldn't have sold. Fraser went beyond what he really had to do. Not saying this for a good review. He was courteous friendly & new what I wanted for my house to sell. I would recommend for anyone selling their home . To get in touch with him. He listened to what I wanted for sale of my house. It took 16 days & it was sold basically. Very understanding, he was more like a friend than a real estate. Thank you Fraser.
